Every number on this site is downloadable. These files are generated from the same document the page reads, so a file can never tell a different story than the card it came from.

These files carry exactly what the site publishes — no more. Where a module publishes an aggregated series, the file is that aggregated series and the aggregation is named in the header.

A gap is not a zero. Where a source published nothing, there is no row at all — we never interpolate. The row that follows a known gap carries gap_before=1 and names the gap, so you can tell a missing period from a real value.
An index is not a price. Index modules carry no unit and no currency, in the downloads exactly as on the page.

Baltic Basket open data is published under CC BY 4.0. Use it for anything, including commercially; credit “Baltic Basket” and link back. CC BY 4.0

Upstream sources keep their own terms. Each file lists every source it used, with the source's own licence exactly as the source states it.
